Contractors University promises to deliver practical advice on construction business practices. Rather than standard legal presentations, the University is a collaborative workshop where construction lawyers work with you in suggesting and developing prudent business procedures and solutions ready for immediate implementation in your office to reduce legal exposure and strengthen your claims. In addition to providing interactive education, the University will provide you with usable forms, checklists and other tools for use in your day-to-day business to help manage the legal aspects of construction.
