Josh Porteous is a business, commercial and property attorney. He was born and raised in the sunny coastal town of Cocoa Beach. He pursued his undergraduate studies in Washington, D.C., where he not only excelled academically but also made a name for himself on the basketball court. These are qualities which he now shares with his clients in his practice.
As Josh’s collegiate experience neared its end, he found himself drawn to the field of law. He would go on to attend Miami Law School laying a strong foundation for his legal career.
After passing the bar, Josh’s career took an unexpected turn when he and a close friend ventured into property management, founding their own management company which still exists today. Josh served as in-house legal counsel for the company handling property and contract-related matters.
